Enjoy a home-cooked lunch prepared by professional cooks and served three days each week.
The Parowan Senior Center provides a delicious home-cooked lunch prepared by professional cooks. Meals meet government requirements for nutrition, dietary standards, and sanitation.
Lunch is served on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Serving begins promptly at 12:15 PM. Entertainment or presentations are often provided during lunch.
Reservations are required by calling 435-477-8925 before 9:30 AM. This helps the cooks prepare the correct number of meals.

Transportation is available for qualifying seniors traveling to the Parowan Senior Center, Cedar City shopping trips, and select local destinations.
On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the Senior Shuttle can pick you up at your home and bring you to the Parowan Senior Center for activities and lunch.

Twice a month on Tuesday is shopping day. The shuttle travels to Walmart in Cedar City.

Sign Up in Advance
You must sign up at the Senior Center before the shopping trip. Seating is limited.
The Senior Shuttle may also provide pickup in Paragonah and Summit.
On some days, the shuttle may also provide transportation to the Parowan Market and other destinations within Parowan.

There are restrictions associated with the Senior Shuttle, including where you live and your ability to ride on the shuttle.

Home Delivery
Meal delivery is available for qualifying homebound seniors age 60 and older.
Meals on Wheels is available for seniors age 60 and older who qualify as homebound. Call the Cedar Senior Center at 435-586-0832 to find out if you qualify.

Meals are delivered to qualifying homebound seniors in the Parowan, Paragonah and Summit areas. The suggested donation is $4.00 per meal.
Meals include a sealed tray with cold items such as salads and desserts, along with a hot tray containing the main course, vegetables, and milk. Refer to the current menu for meal selections.
