Alcohol Permit Form

** The sale of alcohol is only permissible with the obtainment of a special event permit from the Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (attach permit if applicable). **

* Alcohol must be stored and secured so that there is no access to the alcohol by individuals under the age of 21. NO UNDER AGE DRINKING IS ALLOWED!

* All Utah liquor laws and regulations must be observed, which include but are not limited to:

  • A person may not be intoxicated in a public place to a degree as to endanger him(her)self or another, or unreasonably disturb others. Consuming or having an open container of alcohol in the passenger compartment of a motor behicle is prohibited.

* Applicants must grant law enforcement unrestricted right to enter premises during event.

I, the undersigned applicant under penalties or perjury, declare that I have examined and completed the above application, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, said application is a true, correct, and complete assessment of the intended use of the park. I agree to the rules and regulations. I also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iron County and/or it agencies and representatives against and from any and all demands, claims, liabilities of every nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages to property, or injuries or death of persons arising directly or indirectly from the use and occupancy of the recreation area for this special event.
