Delinquent Taxes
Taxes are Delinquent if paid after December 1, 2025.
- Iron County property taxes must be brought in to our office by 5 p.m. on December 1, or
- Be Postmarked on or before December 1, 2025 by the United States Postal Service, or
- Paid online with a receipt transaction time before midnight (Mountain Standard Time) on December 1st.
**2025 Real Property Taxes were due on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025. State law requires that a 1% penalty (per parcel, $10 minimum) be applied. The penalty will increase and interest will start to accrue if the taxes are not paid in full by 1/31/2026.**
