Delinquent Taxes
Taxes are delinquent if paid after December 1, 2025.
- Iron County property taxes must be brought to our office by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, or
- Be postmarked on or before December 1, 2025 by the United States Postal Service, or
- Paid online with a receipt transaction time before 11:59 p.m. (Mountain Time) on December 1.
2025 Real Property Taxes were due on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025.
State law requires a 1% penalty (per parcel, $10 minimum). The penalty increases and interest begins to accrue if taxes are not paid in full by January 31, 2026.
