When is an Encroachment Permit Required?
You must complete an Encroachment Permit Application if you intend to perform any work within a county right-of-way. Specific documents, fees, and bond funds are required. Bond funds will be refunded upon a successful inspection one year after proof of completion is provided to the Engineer’s Office. See the permit application for details.
Payment Information
- Check — Make payable to Iron County Engineering.
- Cash — Accepted in person.
- Credit/Debit — A 2.5% processing fee applies. Call the Engineer’s Office at 435-865-5370.
